How do I create a team?

Open the app, tap Create Team on the home screen. Enter your team name, sport, and color. You'll get an invite code to share with parents.

How do parents join my team?

Share your team invite code with parents. They tap Join Team, enter the code, and add their child to the roster. Coach-only codes are also available for adding assistant coaches.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Chalk subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone, find Chalk, and tap Cancel Subscription.

I can't sign in — what do I do?

Try signing out and back in. If you used Apple Sign In, make sure you're using the same Apple ID. If the issue persists, email us at chalkteamsports@gmail.com with your email address and we'll sort it out.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → scroll to the bottom → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data within 30 days.

I found a bug — how do I report it?

Email us at chalkteamsports@gmail.com with a description of what happened and what device / iOS version you're on. Screenshots help a lot.
